We have local Partners who can perform on-site installation and commissioning, as well as deliver technical remediation within a set 24 or 48-hour SLA.
We operate a 24/7 multilingual helpdesk service via outsourced call centres. We also have multilingual Tier 2 support in-house to troubleshoot and remediate Wi-Fi faults remotely. Our Helpdesk Staff work closely with our Engineering Partners in the field to deliver a complete "end to end" service wrap for all our Wi-Fi deployments.
In addition to the “wires & pliers” services from our engineering Partners, Anacapa offers all our clients a suite of statistics, monitoring and reporting tools through our Maestro Portal. The “self-service” Maestro™ Portal provides real time statistics, monitoring and management, including configuration of the User Experience, WMS ands Survey campaigns.
