GlobalReach Technology Launches Wi-Fi Services Division with Anacapa aquisition

New team has recently acquired Cloudessa and Anacapa experience at core

GlobalReach Technology, the Wi-Fi authentication and provisioning software company, has acquired Anacapa Holdings and with it launches a new managed and professional services division, GlobalReach Services. The new international MSP will allow its service provider partners to design, deploy and support secure, reliable Wi-Fi using GlobalReach's cloud software, Odyssys. The team is live in EMEA now and will expand into the US and Asia next year.

Through its work with service providers including Virgin Media and Level 3, GlobalReach already has a skilled services team for support, field engineering and procurement, plus solution & product design. Anacapa, along with recently acquired intelligent captive portal and cloud RADIUS / AAA technology company, Cloudessa, Inc, add international network and service design, build and integration skills.

Drawing specifically on Anacapa's international partners, GlobalReach will also launch a fully global Wi-Fi field engineering and support service. Local engineers can complete on site installation and commissioning, plus deliver technical remediation within a set 24 or 48 hour service level agreement (SLA).

With the aim of providing the best in project management skills and experience, the new team will work in different countries and in different languages. GlobalReach will design and launch large Wi-Fi network deployments and bespoke products on or ahead of schedule, with ongoing management and support.

Wi-Fi Provider Anacapa /free-hotspot.com Doubles Sales Turnover

The jump in revenue numbers is due to several factors, according to Joe Brunoli, the company’s Managing Director. “Alongside our iconic free-hotspot.com branded network of HotSpots we have added several additional Wi-Fi related services to our product portfolio,” he said. “This broadening of our service palette has allowed us to provide unique, high-value services to a new group of corporate clientele on an OEM or white label basis.”

As an MSP, or Managed Service Provider, Anacapa’s “Wi-Fi Services” division provides customer free Wi-Fi as well as secure enterprise WLAN solutions to large international brand customers across Europe. In addition to delivering the actual Wi-Fi technology, the company provides hardware procurement and project management as well as installation and maintenance services through a network of engineering partners “on the ground” in the markets in which they operate.
